Hi! I’m Nanami.
学生時代、自分が何をしたいのか深掘りできていない状態で迎えた就職活動。新卒で入社した会社では学びがたくさんあり充実していたものの、どこかモヤモヤが拭えない日々を過ごす。人事課への部署異動をきっかけに、自分で自分をキャリアコンサルティングしようと考え、キャリアコンサルタント、NLP、セルフラブについて学び始める。
広い視野でライフキャリアを考えるきっかけに自分がなりたいという一心で、自分自身のライフキャリアに向き合いながら、同時にそこで得た知見を伝える場として2024年1月にnanamundosを立ち上げた。
人生の中に“ワクワクの感覚”を取り入れる大切さを広めるため、国内外のワークショップで学び続けながら情報を発信中。

During my time as a student, I hadn't yet fully explored what I truly wanted to do. As I entered the job-hunting process, I found myself uncertain about my path. My first job as a new graduate was fulfilling, and I gained a lot of valuable experience. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. The transferring to the HR department shift inspired me to take charge of my own career development, leading me to study Career Consulting, NLP, and Self-Love.
Driven by a desire to help others broaden their perspectives on Life-Career, I founded nanamundos in January 2024. Through this platform, I share insights gained from my own journey continuing to explore my own life-career path.
I am committed to spreading the importance of incorporating excitement and passion into life. To deepen my knowledge, I actively participate in workshops both in Japan and abroad for sharing such valuable information.
Background:
2025 Transitioned to an HR role in a global company to gain expertise in career development from a global perspective.
2024 Enrolled in a course of ACP Certified Psychological Counselor
2023 Transitioned to an HR role at a U.S. government agency (for Japanese employees); launched nanamundos.
2022 Obtained National Qualification Career Consultant (JP) and The society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ Master Practitioner (NLP); completed from Self Love Academy.
2020 Transferred to the HR of the hotel, sparking questions about my own career path.
2019 Worked in Marketing Department on the hotel, focusing on public relations and sales promotion.
2018 Joined a hotel company as a new graduate.
